This project involved a cluster of detached private villas in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The brief for this project was to ensure uncompromising quality, create an ultimate living experience and enhance a contemporary lifestyle.
The indoor and outdoors spaces shared equal importance, with each playing a leading role in the experience of the other. The exterior palette comprises slate pools, timber deck, grey and white silicate walls and matt, matching cladding and paving.
The interior design is subtle and earthy – using simple colours, lines and materials to complement the flawless architecture and spectacular views.
The bedroom spaces are large, orthogonal and serene. Each enjoys the luxury of a secluded courtyard, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms, in contrast to the living areas, are self-sufficient and tailored for all things private.
