Sara joined the Forward Architects team in October 2021 as a part-time Administrator. Originally with an academic background as a warranted educator, Sara’s role benefits from her training in psychology, contributing to team dynamics, challenging targets and the daily efficiency of office operations.

Sara works closely with the company’s directors, accountant, auditors, and all team members to ensure the smooth running of the company. Her role, at the heart of the company’s structure, helps to maintain a steady workflow both within the team and alongside clients and suppliers. She maintains close communication, prioritises the team’s work-life balance and ensures timely running of all processes.
